The almond in the protein shake is almond milk only and this week I am using coconut flakes but only 2 tsps.

nuts and seeds, almond butter, almonds, guacamole, then almond in the protein shake. You are doing awesome, so keep up the great work!

Morning snack: 10 baby carrots – 4.8 sugar grams, 2 T almond butter – 2 sugar grams
Lunch: Chocolate Coconut Protein Shake – 2 sugar grams
Early Dinner (4:30 pm): 4 oz. Chicken Breast, Salad – 1 sugar gram, Olive Oil & Apple Cider Vinegar
Sugar: 16.8
Water: 75 oz.
Workout: HIIT – 2 minutes @ 3.5 mph, 1 minute @ 5.5 mph, 2 minutes at 3.5 mph, 1 minute @ 6.0 mph, 2 minutes at 3.5 mph, 1 minute @ 6.5 mph, 2 minutes at 3.5 mph, 1 minute @ 7.0 mph, 2 minutes at 3.5 mph, 1 minute @ 7.0 mph, 2 minutes at 3.5 mph, 1 minute @ 7.5 mph, 5 minutes @ 3.2 mph
