I can have lunch at 3:45 pm. I may eat two tomatoes, one avocado (with dressing) and one fruit. No bread, biscottes or anything else. Tonight, I may have whatever Nathalie makes as long as my entire meal fits in one big plate. No outside snacking.
I have to workout 45 minutes. No eating from 9 pm until tomorrow, Thursday January 16th, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.
