Please do not use Worcestershire sauce. It's a processed food item that does have soy in it and is high in sodium. We want to stay away from items such as that. Keep up the great work! Improving every day! |

Breakfast: Coffee, with stevia, kale smoothie with 1/2 cup mixed berries protein shake mix, using unsweetened almond milk.
Snack: nothing
Lunch: chicken breast, sautéed kale, steamed asparagus
Snack: almonds
Dinner: chicken breast, sautéed kale, steamed asparagus
Exercise: HIIT cardio, 1 round of leg exercises and partial abs.
Water: 72 oz
Sugar: 12.5 gr (.5 gr stevia, 7 gr mixed berries, 1 gr worcestershire sauce, 4 gr tomatos) |

Make sure you aren't skipping fruit and veggies just to stay below the sugars. You absolutely need those for the little carbs and fiber they offer. If you don't have fiber in your diet, then everything sits in the intestines and ferments and you bloat. Need that veggie and fruit fiber to give you that fat stomach. Your calories seem really low for the day. Try to add something else to the protein shakes. They shouldn't be used as a meal replacement unless they are full of veggies, good fats or fruit in the morning. Keep up the great job! |
