i have been eating less using correct portion sizes and tracking food intake.

today is Wednesday, 1/14/09. My first day to commit to weight loss. I am currently recooping from major foot surgery. I am non weight bearing . i cannot walk. I have Scooter type help on wheels. I have to keep my knee on. I am doing leg lifts and I have 3 # hand weight. I do arm exercises with weights every other day. Without weights every other day. I would love to have support and someone I can support during this life chsnging process.
