Yeah I have internet! I have c kept track of my sugars and water and here they are. monday sugar 18, water 62 Tuesday sugar 17 water 72 ffp food guidelines met as eell monday started with 15 lb, then 12 and finished last two exrrcises with 10 lb. Tuesday workout was same started with 15 and ended with 10. |
