Dinner - 6 ounces grass fed filet, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cucumber, spinach, mixed greens, 1tbsp Olive Oil, 1/2 tbsp balsamic vin. |

Bfast - 1/3 cup oatmeal, 2/3 cup almond milk. 2 tbsp sliced almonds, 2 sliced strawberies, 2 eggs, spinach
Lunch, SAME AS ABOVE :)
Shake - 2 scoops protien powder, ath greens
Dinner - Penne Pasta, Sliced Chicken, Spinach, mushrooms in a lemon sauce. 1/2 piece of small bread - small blizzard for dessert! :)
HIIT workout - Ran 1 min, fast walked 2 on a track! |

BFast - 4 eggs, broccoli, kale, spinach, 1/2 yellow bell pepper ,1/2 avocado 4 strawberries
Lunch, Chicken, Spinach, 1/2 yellow bell pepper
Shake - 1 scoop choco protein powder , athletic greens
Snack 1 oz almonds
Dinner, salmon, 2 cups broccoli
extra shake
Workout - 4 rounds completed with the finisher at lunch. Ran after work. Very tired today, but made it through! :) |
