Breakfast: 2 fried eggs, 1 cup bell pepper, 8 oz turkey, ½ cup blueberries
AM snack: 1 cup bell pepper, 2 tbsp raw almond butter
Lunch: 4 oz hamburger meat, 1/8 cup onion, 1/8 cup bell pepper
PM snack: 1 scoop Jay Robb vanilla protein, 1 cup unsweet almond milk
Dinner: 6 meatballs (lean ground beef), 1/4 cup homemade spaghetti sauce
Calories: 1,509
Water: 80 oz
Sugar: 15

Breakfast: 1/2 cup blueberries,2 fried eggs, 1 cup red peppers

AM snack: 1/2 cup blueberries,1/2 scoop jay robb protein,
1/2 cup unsweet almond milk, 1 cup oatmeal

lunch: 1 medium red pepper stuffed with 4 oz ground turkey, 1/8 cup onion, ½ cup sweet potato

PM snack:2 tbsp raw almond butter, 1 cup red bell pepper

Dinner: 8 oz sliced BBQ pork on garlic bread, 10 french fries, 1 cup baked beans, sweet BBQ sauce

Dessert: 8 oz cookies and cream gelati (Jeremiah's)


workout: completed HIIT with 1 minute run and 2 minute fast walk, completed 2 rounds of abd circuit
