Breakfast: 2 eggs in coconut oil, spinach, 1/2 cup strawberries, spoonful of fat burning chocolate pudding
Lunch: lettuce salad with raw green & yellow peppers, cucumber, roasted turkey breast, 1/4 avocado
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs, yellow peppers
Dinner: chicken breast with yellow peppers stir fry in coconut oil
Total sugar: 14 g
Water: 80 oz

Workout: metabolic intervals
4 rounds: 15 15lb DB squat thrust push up to press, 30 diagonal mountain jumpers, jump rope 90 seconds
Protein shake with super green food
Breakfast: 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup strawberries, spinach
Snack: small sweet potato, 1 oz almonds
Lunch: 2 square pieces of cheese and pepperoni pizza
Snack: cucumber
Dinner: chicken breast over lettuce salad with cucumber, yellow & green peppers, small piece of strawberry birthday cake
Total sugar: more than 20g
