Breakfast: oatmeal with 1/2 cup of raspberries
Snack: Shake
Lunch: chicken and brown rice
Snack: Shake
Dinner: taco salad, sour cream, salsa, hamburger , tomatoes , black olives and onions
Dessert chocolate lava cake and a scoop of vanilla ice cream...yum!

Hitt ended up going 2.5 miles
Ab circuit was better than the first time I did it.

Dinner is missing protein. Spinach has some protein but not enough for a meal. Keep up the great work!
