Breakfast: 2 poached eggs with sauted-ed spinach and broccoli. 1 med guava
Snack Almonds and carrot
Lunch: Veg soup with Lamb strips plus glass of veg juice(beetroot carrot cucumber ginger)
Dinner: 3 oz Minute steak and cup veg soup
Water 4 litres
Sugar below 20g
Exercise: Friday's workout - 5 rounds plus 25 min fasting cardio

Breakfast:Grilled chicken stir fry from previous day
Blackberries - half a cup
Snack chick peas and egg amd tomato salad
Lunch!!!! pizza glass of dry white wine, smallpiece of Arabic bread - like Pita bread - Bounty ice cream , coffee with honey and milk and chocolate coated digestive biscuits.!!
Dinner stir fry chicken left over from breakfast and salad with quinoa (small helping)
Sugar: way over the top!!
Water 2.2 litres
