was away from a computer for the whole weekend - worked most of it. Stayed on with nutrition. Workouts were mostly modified - with lots of rest Thur-Sun (other than Row). Both shoulder and heal are both feeling great - Plan to start strong with workouts this week and hope to stay healthy.

I so agree with you. I asked him what sparked the Paleo challenge and he said it will give him some new people on the email list and to his facebook. It will lead into the next FFP. I eat modified Paleo. I do oatmeal and very occasionally quinoa or beans. Otherwise, that's how I eat and it works very well for me. I eat sweet potatoes at least every other day.
