Please no bacon for the remaining portion of the program. Bacon was removed from the plan 2 weeks ago. Every meal should be combined with a protein so you don't want to have just an apple without have the protein to slow the digestion and slow the spike of blood sugar. Don't forget carb day. You missed it on sunday. Great job! continue that hard work. |

Breakfast : 4 Rashers bacon and 2 quail eggs with spinach
Snack: Almonds
Lunch: Grilled chicken and salad and 1/2 cup veg soup
Snack Half apple
Dinner I minute steak with stir fried veg (broccoli green peppers and spinach) with salad.
Water 3 litres

Below 20g - yippee!!
Kilometers: 24980 steps
45 min fasted cardio- Row 2000m run 3km spin 150 cal
3 rounds of Monday's new workout. Tough with the heavy weights! Used 8kg and 12kg d/b's for chest press
