The best diet for Adrenal Fatigue is eating as we do with FFP. Totally clean food with lots of protein and vegetables and plenty of calories. Since it was a carb day that would have been an optimal day for you then. Keep up the great work!

Feb 2:

breakfast: 2/3 cup oatmeal, 1 cup raspberries, 4 eggs

lunch: 8 oz beef, 1 cup broccoli

steps: 3021

Ate some other things i shouldn't have, I've had adrenal fatigue and I chose to eat normal because 1've been feeling off this week and I was hoping it would help. I'm back on track starting in the morning.

Maltodextrin is an artificial sweetener so no. As for hunger after you eat, make sure that you are taking time to eat and eating slowly. Gives your stomach time to register that you have eaten. Also, may be a sign that you need to increase your protein or calories. Great job!
