Morning Snack: 1 c blackberries, 1 oz. pecans – 8.1 sugar grams
Lunch: Sweet potato (I know I should have had protein) – 5.6 sugar grams
Afternoon snack: Protein shake – 2 sugar grams
Dinner: 5 oz. beef, ½ C cauliflower, salad with olive oil & vinegar – 2 sugar grams
Snack: 2 Celery & 1 T almond butter – 2 sugar grams
Sugar: 20
Water: 96 oz
Workout: Rest day

Morning snack: Pecans w/ ¼ blackberries – 2.75 sugar grams
Post workout shake: 2 sugar grams
Lunch: celery & almond butter – 4 sugar grams
Afternoon snack: 1 oz. pecans – 1.1 sugar grams
Dinner: 4 oz. chicken, arugula & broccoli – 2.6 sugar grams
