Don't get behind in logging. I can't give you feedback on the logs if I don't have anything to look at.

Great job! Make sure that on carb days that you have 2 servings of a complex carb at or before lunch. I only see the potatoes at lunch. Please list what size weight you used for each exercise.

Breakfast: Coffee, with stevia, kale smoothie with 1/2 cup mixed berries protein shake mix, using unsweetened almond milk.

Snack: almonds

Lunch: eggs, potatoes, ham, and unsweetened tea

Snack: carrots and sugar snap peas with hummus

Dinner: grilled chicken, green and red peppers, onions, with avocado, tomatoes, and cucumbers.

Exercise: Tuesdays DB circuit - 2 rounds, 1 round of the finisher

Water: 72 oz

1,302 steps

Sugar: 17 gr.
