That spots sounds like your hip flexor muscle and that sucker gets tight if you don't stretch it. It hurts terribly and can also make your lower back sore. Make sure those portions of protein are at minimum 4 oz. Keep up the great work! |

My heavy pulls I did have my husband help me on our home machine so I did lat pulls 35lbs and rows on the machine could just barely get any form with just lifting the bars. I went out and bought some 12.5 free weights to add to our collection, I was having a hard time going from 10-15lbs and trying to hold on to two small 2 lb weights on top of 10lb weights. Happy with progress though getting stronger, STill have a tough time with T stabilization excercise. |
