Great job! Just make sure that you are eating enough. Didn't know if your stomach bug was still active on Sunday as well.

Turkey burger with lettuce & tomatoe

1 oz almonds and 4 baby carrots
5.4 sugars

Protein shake with spinach and raspberries
6.7 sugars

Lunch
Beef and broccoli
2 sugars

Dinner
Fajitas of meat and red, green and yellow peppers
4 g sugar

18.2 g sugar

Workout
I used 15's for all of the upper pushing and then went down to 10s for the boot camp.

Beef and broccoli

We have a stomach bug going through the family so I didn't eat lunch but forced myself to eat dinner.

Workout
I used 20 s for the squats and 15 s for the rest. I finished my HIIT from yesterday.
