If you are really hungry, you need to increase your calories. With all the activity that you do, you may need to be over 2000 calories easily. That could be why you are craving sweetness as well. Keep up the great job!

Weight is coming down but am REALLY missing having some sweetness in the meals. REALLY hungry!!

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with spinach and green
Snack: Mandarine and walnuts
Lunch: Fish fillet with green veggies and potato and bean mix
Snack Almonds and Walnut mix
Dinner: Grilled chicken and salad
Smoothie ( Rocket,Celery ginger Whey protein powder and Almond unsweetened milk)
Water 2 litres
Sugar below 20g
Exercise: Friday's workout. Legs - used max weight of 12kg d/b for squats and 8kg for step ups. Cardio Rowing and running for 45 min

Snack: Apple
Lunch Grilled chicken and salad
Snack Walnuts
Dinner: Grilled chicken and salad
Water: 2 litres
Sugar below 20gr
Exercise: Saturday's workout of back. Max weight lifted 15 kg for D/B Row. Used 8kg and 12 kg for the other exercises.
Cardio mix of running and cycling

Smoothie: Kale and coriander and celery and cucumber and ginger and apple

Breakfast: Grilled chicken and smoothie
Snack: Walnuts and mandarine
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad
Snack: Almonds and coffee with almond milk (sweetened)
Dinner: Tilapia fish fillets with mixed vegetables stir fried.
Water 1.5 litres
Sugar: 20gr
Exercise: Rest day
Smoothie: Cucumber Kale rocket ginger ,coriander and Whey protein powder and Almond milk

9 Feb 2014
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and spinach greens stir fried
Snack: 2 dates and Walnuts
Lunch: Tilapia from night before and mixed stir fried veggies
Snack Almonds
Dinner: Green smoothie and grilled chicken with salad and coffee with skim milk (sorry but had no Almond milk)
Exercise: A VERY FLAT BATTERY DAY!!!
4 Rounds of Monday's workout plus 45 min of cardio - spinning
Smoothie: Celery, cucumber, corriander, ginger, half apple and Almond milk and 2 spoons Whey protein
Water 2 litres
Sugar over 20 gr
