BFast - 2 Eggs, Spinach, Berries
Snack 1 ounce Almonds
Lunch - Chicken, Spinach, Kale, Blackberries
Dinner - 4 Eggs, Spinach, yellow bell peppers

Workout -
Squats - 95 lbs
Reverse Lunges - 40 Lbs
Bulgarian Split Squats - 45lbs
Step Ups - 60lbs

2 Rounds of the workout
Cardio - 20 min Bike, 25 min treadmill, 5 min walking on a 15% incline, then 5 min no incline run at 4.5, altered back and forth

Smoothie - 2 scoops Protien, Atletic Greens, ALmond Milk, Kale and Spinach
BFast 4 eggs, 1 yellow bell pepper, blackberries
Lunch 4 eggs, Kale, Spinach, Blackberries
1 tbs Olive Oil
Snack Almonds
Dinner, LOTS of Chicken, yellow and red peppers

Workout - Weights -
Bench Press - 2 30lb Bells
Arnold Press - 2 20lb bells
Front Raise - 1 Round with 2 12.5 bells, then the other two with 2 10 lb bells
Tricept Ext - 1 20lb bell

Circuit - 2 and 1/2 rounds
DB Squat 3 rounds using 2 15lb bells
Renegade - 3 Rounds using 2 12.5 lbs from toes
Squat Jumps 3 Rounds
Pushups 2 ROunds
Mountain Jumps 2 Rounds
