I switched Saturday and Sundays workouts around. The Femme Fatale was harder than I thought it would be - I actually felt sick to my stomach after all of those extreme squat thrusts.

Notes
I switched Sat & Sundays workouts arround. Also instead of the 100 yd. sprints I jumped rope for 20 sec (10 times).
