No computer from 11:30 am to 3pm.
11:30 am: Make bed, brush & floss. Eat 4 egg whites, 1 egg and some oatmeal. 12:30 pm: get a haircut. 1:30 pm: work out a minimum of 60 minutes and get ready for work. 3:00 pm: Prepare the following food for the day: 2 4-oz pieces of salmon with one serving of brown rice and one serving of yams. That will be all I can eat until monday 6 am with the exception of 1 pear. Mandatory bedtime is at 2 am. I must wake up at 6am the following day.
