Breakfast: 3 eggs, I cup spinach, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 protein pancake

Snack: 1/2 protein pancake1/2 cup raspberries

Lunch: 4 oz chicken 1 c kale, 1 cup mustard greens, 1/2 cup bell pepper 1 serving avocado

Snack: 4 oz chicken, 1 tomato

Dinner: 1 egg, protein shake, greens supplement, 1 serving tapioca chia

Sugar: 10

Water 90oz

Workout:

Lat 50lbs
Row 50lbs
Raise 15lbs
Bicep 15lbs
