2 eggs, tomatos and peppers 3
shake with vanilla and strawberrys 5
chicken and celery 2
2 boiled eggs and carrots 5
salmon on salad oil and lemon

I did go for a 1 hour walk today since I felt a little better |

That is exactly how I determined my gluten intolerance. I knew I had a soy allergy, which is why Chinese food did me in every time. Thought it was just bad food, but never stopped me from going back, lol. Every time I would try to add back bread, I would be sick for 4 days. The time it takes for gluten to leave the system. Bread is probably the worst thing you can do for an upset stomach and nausea. Go for ginger or peppermint tea. Those are 2 natural aids for nausea and digestion. But, yes just start back with the diet because that is the best thing to help with the headache. Good clean food. Hope you feel better soon. |

Well, cheat day did me in. I got so sick after going to a Korean BBQ I did no work out Saturday due to a horrific migraine headache, I am just now recovering from it but it's not completely gone and I am out of medicine, not good.
SO i did try to eat well yesterday, let me try to reconstruct the past 2 days.
Friday I started off good with carb day
I had 2 servings of steel cut oatmeal, one with fresh strawberries 7gms
green smoothie vanilla with almonds and a coupe frozen berries 3gms
Not sure if I got any other food before going to the restaurant which was good going down but by the next morning I was sick as a dog, I'm sure there is so much msg and other crap in there that I just can't tolerate. Interesting thing is I have always suffered from migraine, n this food plan I have had none except this cheat meal so clear to me that food full of additives is the culprit.
Saturday I ate
a power thin sandwich from corner bakery, it was super think like cracker thin whole grain bread, egg avocado slices, I know I was not supposed to do bread but I was so queasy from meds and had an early am meeting there. It was super small, the equivalent of 1/2 a sandwich, I think it had a small slice of cheeses as well
vanilla shake with coconut milk and strawberries
cashews
green salad with 4 oz chicken cucumber avocado slices and olive oil and lemon
cup turkey vegetable chili home made
SO on a positive note I don't know exact sugar grams but I feel I am doing a good job of keeping them low due to really only strawberries I eat early in the day. I did do a brisk walk to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription which they said I had no refills for so, I am screwed until tomorrow, I had to call my daughter to come pick me up because I dd not thin I could make it back and I was pretty much a wreck the rest of the day, I am praying it stays at bay today.
So kind of a sucky situation and I am off track so will get back on my horse and ride tomorrow. Not sure what else I can do at this point. |
