Breakfast: 4 oz grilled chicken
AM snack: 1 oz raw almonds, 1 hard-boiled egg
Lunch: chicken cobb salad (no cheese),, 1 oz lite Italian dressing
PM snack: 2 scoops chocolate protein, 1 cup unsweet almond milk, 1 hard-boiled egg
Dinner: 4 oz baked chicken, 1 cup mixed green, ¼ cup bell pepper, 2 tbsp oil & vinegar
Calories: 1,348
Sugar: 14
Water: 80 oz
Workout: completed 45 min fasted cardio, will complete the remainder of the workout on Sunday

Great job! Could you please add Monday and Tuesday to this commitment. I would like to see you eat more than just celery and almond butter for breakfast. Add a protein shake to it or even some eggs. Keep up the great work!
