-Eat my healthy breakfast at 11:20 am
-Prepare everything for work at 11:40 am -Clean apartment at 11:45 am for 20 minutes. -Relax until 2:25pm -Leave to go work out before work at 2:30 pm. -No eating from 9pm to 8 am the following day. -In bed by 2am -Wake up the next day at 7 am.
