Finding it hard to not eat too much food as am REALLY hungry. But exercise output is good as getting stronger. So Yes, I have made progress in the physical side

Breakfast scrambled eggs with spinach mix
Snack: Almonds and apple
Lunch: Fish left over from previous evening with mixed veggies
Snack: Almonds
Dinner: Grilled chicken and salad
Water: 2 litres
Sugar: Below 20g
Exercise:I wanted to start the same day as everybody so repeated Sat's workkout. Repeated Circuit of leg power and cardio of running and spinning. Total time 45 min for cardio
100% Commitment: Not fully right as didn't complete cardio
