Day 49: Sunday, February 23
I woke up this morning with no fever but ended up back in bed by 11:30 am with a migraine.
Breakfast: oatmeal, walnuts
Lunch: baked chicken
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs
No workouts

Day 48: Saturday, February 22
Another day of high fever. No workouts. Walking to & from the kitchen & bathroom wore me out. Drank lemon water, chicken broth, & a sprite. Ate 5 saltine crackers. My stomach is still very uneasy.

Day 47: Friday, February 21
The thought of eggs & just about anything else made me sick. I spent most of day in bed with fever & did none of the workouts. I ate very little because I kept feeling I was going to throw up. Drank some lemon water & sprite.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 egg white, spinach, peppers
Snack: protein shake with super green food, 1 oz almonds
Lunch: chicken, boiled okra, 1/4 avocado
Snack: 2 hard boiled eggs
Workout: heavy upper body pushing, 3 sets of 10
