Make sure you aren't forgetting carb day. It was Tuesday. It is extremely important at this point with the increase in workout demands. I see you did oats on Wednesday, but please don't forget 2 servings on Saturday. Keep up the awesome work!

Feb 19:

Breakfast: 2 eggs, I cup spinach, 1/2 c raspberries, protein shake

Snack: 2/3 c oats 1/2 c raspberries

Lunch: 4 oz chicken, 1 tomato. 1 c ,mustard greens, 1 serving avocado

Snack: 1/2 bell pepper, 1 cup kale, 2 eggs

Dinner: protein shake and greens, 1serving chia tapioca, 4 oz chicken

Sugar 13

Water 90 oz

Workout:

cardio

Lat: 70lbs
Row: 70lbs
Raise: 25lbs
Biceps:20-15lbs

If you are doing a protein shake as a meal, you need to bulk it up with veggies, flax seed, almond butter etc.... Need the calories. Keep up the great job!

Snack: 3 oz chicken, 1/2 bell pepper, 1 cup kale,

Dinner: protein shake and greens

Sugar 10

I did some alternatives be cause of my knee
