Workout
I did 60 lb on th slat pull down and 50 on the seated rows. I used 15s for the renegade rows and the bicep curls. I finished 3 rounds of the circuit.

Plus my 60 of cardio

I used 20's for everything on the lower body pushing except the Bulgarian split squat, I used 15's on that. I finished 2 1/2 rounds of the circuit. I increased my sprint on my HIIT to a 9.0 and a 9.5.
