I am going to stop 3.0 and start 2.0 on Monday the 24th. I will be spending the rest of this week trying to figure out the nutrition ninja. Will it be ok on Monday if I list what I eat even if I am using the lifestyle eating plan? Thanks.

I did the 100/200 meter sprint hybrid at 4:30pm so that it was not in the dark.
