This is a test.

Breakfast

2 eggs and bacon
snack: 2 oz raw almonds
lunch: sandwich and chips
snack: almonds
dinner salmon and salad

Workout: weight based intervals, 3 rounds. 15 pound dbs.

Water was 100 ounces.

Tough workout.
