Are you sure it's meat and not some intolerance to something else? We don't digest meat any different than other foods. could it be eggs? or like myself, I have an allergy to nightshade vegetables. I thought for years I had bad heartburn and come to find out it's tomatoes, peppers and potatoes. Haven't had heartburn in 3 years now. Could it be your protein powder? I can't tolerate prograde or biotrust because of the fiber they use. Many things to look at besides meat. You will need to increase your high protein vegetables like spinach, kale, and broccoli. You could do up to 3 protein shakes if needed.

Hi Jennifer. Do you have any pointers for adding more vegetarian meals to this plan? I had some major digestive issues that last 2 times I did this and am having it again with eating so much meat. I will still eat some occasional fish and chicken but I really need to cut some meat out. Thanks!!
