I have been sick today. Sinus and tummy bug.

Luckily it's been a rest day.

10:00 scrambled egg

12:00 green tea

6:30 banana and almond butter. 16g

Total 16g.

Great job! Just want to watch your fats. Only 3 servings. Flax, almond butter, avocado, evoo etc. Those are all fats that we want 3 servings but not more than that.
