Fit For Photos Is Coming To An End. Now What?

One of the most popular questions we get from Fit For Photos members is, “what do I do when the program ends?”

Some people want to continue their journey and get even better results.

Others want to make sure they maintain their results and don’t go back to their old habits and reverse their results.

Either way, 2 of the things we’ve heard often from past Fit For Photos members is that they wanted a nutrition plan to suit their lifestyle and food preferences and they wanted continued accountability to stay on track.

That’s we recently launched Fit For Photos Lifestyle!

So here's exactly what you get:

1) My Nutrition Ninja - a fully customizable software delivering meal plans for your body's unique needs based on the latest in scientific discoveries and over a decade of real-world application with individuals from every walk of life.

What this means is that if your goal is to run a half marathon one month, maintenance the next, building muscle or losing fat the next, your meal plans will be personalized and tailored to your individual goals each time.

I'm bringing on the creator of the software, Patrick Linehan, to be part of the group. He will be in the group each day able to answer your specific nutrition questions about what you should be eating based on your personal goals, etc and can help you customize your meal plan anytime you need it. You can ask him as many questions as you need. Have an allergy, or are a vegetarian? He can work with that as well.

Please note: You can use the nutrition software as much or as little as you want. The meal plans are based on macronutrients (which means it tells you how many grams of carbs, proteins and fats to each for each meal). You don’t have to use this feature if you don’t want to. I personally like using the software to tell me the foods I should be eating (as well as choices), and the times I should be eating. I’m not very good at hitting the macronutrient numbers exactly, but I don’t sweat it. You can try to be perfect with it, or you can use it for more general guidelines. The main point is to not stress over it.

2) Monthly Workout programs - these will be designed by me, and each workout will be around 30 minutes or less. I will also be adding some extra workouts in FFP Lifestyle tailored to specific goals, such as training for an obstacle course race.
