Breakfast: spinach, 1/2 raspberries, protein shake
Snack: 1 oz almonds
Lunch: 2 eggs, 1/4 avocado
Dinner: grilled chicken, okra
30 minutes cardio
Protein shake with super green food
Total sugar: 11 g

Day 50, Monday, February 24
I am still not 100% & did not wake up early for cardio. My body still needed rest.
Breakfast: 2 eggs
Snack: protein shake with super green food, 1 oz almonds
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 avocado
Dinner: grilled chicken wrapped in lettuce
Protein shake with super green food
No workout: unable to leave my house as I need to monitor my son all night
Total sugar: 10g
Water: 70 oz
