Workout
I did 60 lbs on the Lat pull down and 50 on seated rows. I used 20s db row and 15s on curls

I finished 3 rounds of the circuit and did 1 hour go cardio on the bike.

Workout
I used 25s for the squats and 15s for the rest.
I finished 2 full rounds and the third round through the jumping lunges

I did my HIIT.....running at a 9.0.
