11:00 1 oz almonds
2:00 chicken breast and 1 cup brussel sprouts
7:00 chicken breast and salad with balsamic vinegar and evoo
9:00 1 oz. almonds

Water 50 oz.
Workout: cardio hitt hybrid that i missed Saturday on treadmill.

Great job! Just try to combine those carrots with a protein. slows down the spike in blood sugar since carrots are a little higher in sugar. Be careful with the fats. 3 servings and Saturday I see 4.

10:30 1 oz. almonds
12:00 spinach salad with 4 oz. chicken breast, cherry tomatoes, cucumber evoo and red wine vinegar
2:00 almond butter
4:00 baby carrots
7:00 chicken and broccoli stir fry
10:00 1 oz almonds

Sugar 18
Water 50 oz.

Exercise: no time, will do cardio tomorrow. Today was rest day
