I will give you success only because I know that you are trying really hard and I'm really proud of you for not giving in to your schedule. You really need to look at your day and try to bring down the stress so that you can eat and sleep properly. Skipping meals and not eating enough will not help you to continue your progress. It really slows down the metabolism. |

Sunday I went for a long cardio!
2 eggs and spinach and some avocado slices
Vanilla shake with almonds and almond milk
Veal and broccoli
Drank so much water I think I forgot to eat I woke up starving!
Between drinking and peeing I did not realize I missed food! But I had a great time going to see Shaggy in concert boy was I a cheap date, just water for me please! |

I did manage to make up my my leg workout from Friday on Saturday so I just missed the cardio piece. I went for an extra long cardio sat as well

I know this looks like a really weird food day for me and it was I was pretty much out of food so I did not pack my food for the day. I had several scheduled meeting where food was served and I was hoping for better options. One meeting my husband said oh don't worry these are really healthy people they will have great options for you. Fresh fruit and bagels were served, so bagel not too good of an option so just had a few bites. Then My clients had invited me to lunch so I was trying not to be rude I figured their might be a chicken option and the chicken was in the pad that so I went with the shrimp and rice dish as the better option even though we are not supposed to eat that. Rest of the day was fine! |
