The worst thing you can do is not eat. Especially when you are exhausted. That is your body telling you that you need more calories or you need more nutrition. Reevaluate your calories and increase your protein and make sure you have those 3 servings of good fats. All your hormones and body functions depend on those fats and having enough calories. A lot of people struggle on the weekend do to a lax schedule. Make sure you keep to somewhat of a schedule. Wake up at the same time that you would during the week. Keep yourself busy with chores or activities. Break those old habits and form new healthy habits on the weekends. Get job getting to that pull up! That would be a great goal to set a plan for to keep you motivated after the program ends. I did a push up goal.

I have seen progress in myself though, even with my slip ups, I almost had an unassisted pull up yesterday. I was off by half an inch which is the closest I've ever been.

OK, so i struggle on the weekend, i get feeling so run down that I have a really hard time with self control. Is there anything that can help? I do so good during the week, but its like my brain shuts off on the weekend when I'm exhausted from the week. Friday was especially bad, all I managed was walking on the treadmill, I did have it at max incline, but I had no energy to do anything else. I tried but I felt to rundown and ill.
