The past month has been tough not being able to eat all the junk that I typically eat and I felt quite hungry a lot of the time. However, I think it was a very good exercise in will power and I learned to be very disciplined. Food preparation was fairly simple with salads for lunch and a nom nom recipe for dinner. Paleo cooking is easy and I was able to try out some new recipes (mashed cauliflower, new meat seasonings, etc) and am looking fwd to trying out new ones that I came across.
