| Well I lost 6.8lbs first week on the Keto Diet!!! Its going pretty great just got to keep on sticking with it! Skinny Body here I come :D | |

Day 1 The first day you start anything is always the hardest. So far I'm not doing to bad. I decided to try the keto diet. I think the science behind it will definitely help me lose weight. I'm not expecting miracles but losing three pounds a week seems pretty reasonable for how heavy I am currently. Elliott(my boyfriend) has been doing pretty well to encourage me. He is also trying to lose weight but not doing any specific diet. I'm not going to lie it was pretty hard to not eat the pasta that he was eating. I don't know the day that it is going to be hardest is a day that is emotional rough for whatever reason. I'm trully the definition of a emotional eater it's why I have gained to much weight over the years. Whenever anything is sad or not going my way I turn to food for comfort. Which is just a habit I'm going to have to break. Not only is it physically unhealthy its mentally unhealthy too. I know that is truly going to be hardest part about this whole journey. Well 1 day down tons to go. |
