I commit to decrease the amount of sodas consumed per day. In five consecutive weeks, I commit to decease my soda intake to one can of soda per day.

| Still holding strong! I drank one soda each day from Monday to Saturday but did not drink one on Sunday. I am proud that I made it through the Easter weekend and kept my commitment! | |

| I am still doing great with this commitment. I only drank one soda on Friday and Sunday. The rest of the days, I drank water, lemonade, and decaffeinated tea. So far, this is going really well! I can't wait for more reinforcers! | |

| Since last Monday, I have kept to my commitment of drinking only one soda per day! On Saturday, I did not drink a soda at all. I have replaced the soda with water, lemonade, and decaffeinated tea. So far, the assigned reinforcers are working very well for me! I am anticipating the future reinforcers! | |
