By 3/30/2014:
1.I will have worked out at least 1/2 hour M-F first thing. 2.I will have gotten up everyday by 9:00 AM. 3.I will have stuck to my healthy diet of about 1500 cals avg/day and written down all I've consumed. 4.I will have worked hard for at least 20 hrs/wk, 4 hrs/day M-F on my goals and chores and written down how I've spent the those hours.
