rmwalter commits to:
running at least 10 miles per week for 5 consecutive weeks. Running is operationally defined as quickly moving my legs more rapidly than at walking pace such that both feet are off the ground at the same time at one point. The measurement system that will be used is the Nike Running App on my Iphone. This app tracks the date distance, and time of each run. I will also track progress on stickk.com each week. The goal has been met for the week if I have run at least 10 miles.
