I have been in discussions with the company, but we have not gotten to the point of negotiating for better salary, benefits, etc. I think the fact that we have continued to meet and have come up with a possible path at the company is a win. In addition, the fact that I said I couldn't start until at least September 1 and he agreed was a win.
