Litheleopard commits to:
1. I keep track of the whole day every day.
2. I email daily reports of how I did. I can report the following day. 3. I follow Eating Plan of 8 serv. veg and fruit and 1500 cals a day average over week. 4. I follow Exercise Plan of 30 minutes M-F mornings when I can (or later) 5. I am P free. 6. I do 20 hours a week minimum of work, career, and chores.
