SEVEN SHAPE UP PARTS (1) gym/hike 4 days/week, (2) 8 glasses of H20/day, (3) track food NO MATTER WHAT, (4) only unprocessed food except weekly points, (5) extra big veggie serving/day, (6) 3 meals and 3 snacks, that's it, (7) work on mindfulness with cravings
