| Fortunately I made it in the end-- my ref took me to a good run and a walk over the weekend and I did a walk by myself on Friday. Stick I yup and get ready for the gobi walk and marathon! | |

| Thank you my ref for playing badminton with me twice. I think my thighs got thicker after the walk at Olympic park but it was also good exercise. Stick it up and get ready for the challenge next month! | |
