klundquist commits to:
Running at least 3 miles at least every other day. I have until 4am on the following day to complete a run on the day that it is due. Does not apply when sick or injured as to be judged by my referee/dino. Does not apply when I spend more than half the day outside of Atlanta, or if I am hosting visitors. Modifications and clarifications may be made only after consulting my dino-referee.
