10/5/2014 Did my second workout for the week. For chest press I used the same weights with better results but with other exercises I used 5 pound higher and couldnt meet the 90 second threshold. However it is important to increase weights for that is how one gets stronger. And one needs to rest as well

7/5/2014 Did my first workout for the week. For all exercises apart from the chest press, I attained the 90 second threshold. Hence I may increase weight the next time though only by 5 pounds
